The transformation of the old Wye Mills plant to the new one was getting too big for its old page,
 so this new one was made just for it.  The transformation begins......

After removing the old plant and unloading the new plant the survey crew went to work laying out.

The site for the concrete footers needed to support the new Wye Mills facility were the first to go in.

After 28 days the pieces started to go in!

The last big pieces are erected and a foundation for the new control house goes in.

Feeders are in place, now comes the control house.
