If you are using Internet Explorer 8, you will see three icons to the left of the document once it is opened.  The icons are for  Page, Bookmark and Search. As new jobs are posted, they will all contain bookmarks.

If you click on this icon you will see a display of all the pages.  Not a big help.

If you click on this icon you will see a display of bookmarks that will help you get to what you want quickly.    It is like a smart table of contents.  Click on an item of interest and it will take you right to that particular section.  You must click on the icon as displayed above, not the words.

If for some reason you do not see those icons, you can hold down the <ALT> key (generally found next to the space bar) and hit in sequence the three keys: <V> then <N> then <B>.  That should bring up the bookmark navigational panel.

The next icon is the search icon.  These files have been converted to a searchable format.  Click this icon and you can search for words.     Word searches such as incidental, included, payment, index and such can help evaluate the risk in a job.

Here is a sample of what you might see.....

If you are still in the game at this point, more features are below for advanced searches....

More Advanced Searches can be performed from within Adobe.  If a PDF file is opened in the Adobe Acrobat Reader, by hitting the Shift, CTRL, and  F simultaneously and click on the Use Advanced Search Options at the bottom of the page, you can list all the words you are interested in and ask it to match ANY of the words, and you will get a complete listing of all the occurrences of any of those words.  See below......

This will get you .....
